HYPE needs to collect personal and sensitive information
(including photographs) from you in connection with
your attendance at our programs, and practical training
sessions. This information is for HYPE use and will
be accessed by HYPE employees, agents or contractors
in order to provide the desired service to you. Permission

Personal and sensitive information will be collected
from you when you contact HYPE via phone or email, walk-in,
attend a presentation or take part in a client satisfaction
survey.

- To provide further information relevant to your
stated interests & objectives
How it may be disclosed:
To assist you effectively, after having gained your
express permission, we may need to release certain appropriate
information about you to…
- A professional association or registration body
that has a proper interest in the disclosure of your
personal and sensitive information:
- In-house promotions
- Local or National Press
- Our contractors and suppliers – e.g. people
contracted to HYPE to assist in the nature of our
work
If you choose not to give us the information we seek
Although all information that we request is purely voluntary,
if you choose not to provide certain information we
may be limited in our ability to assist you through
the services and programs we provide.
You can gain access to your information to
correct it if it is wrong
You can see and have a copy of any personal and sensitive
information that we hold about you (some exceptions
apply under law).
If you are able to establish that the personal and sensitive
information we hold about you is not accurate, complete
and up-to-date, we will take reasonable steps to correct
it. To gain access and make any corrections, contact
our Program Director.
Disposal of your information
Unless you advise/inform us otherwise we will destroy
any personal or sensitive information that we hold on
you if it has not been updated for a period of 12 months.
If you require us to dispose of your information before
this period then please inform us in writing addressed
to the Program Director. Our policy is to destroy unused
information in a secure and confidential manner.
